Charging with solar energy - crystals that promote fiery, solar energy can be charged in the sun. Crystals enhanced this way are usually used in situations where we need assertiveness, strength, where we have to face something unpleasant, where we need support in action or as fuel for an initial boost.
Charging with lunar energy - crystals that support gentleness, sensitivity, care, sensuality, and feminine energies can be charged in moonlight, preferably during a full moon. The moon also has a favorable influence on creativity and healing. Crystals used in certain rituals can also be charged in its light.
Charging with intention - we can program the crystal with our intention by holding it in our hand, close to the heart and clearly state our intention. We can visualize the intention, speak it out loud or write it on a piece of paper. It is good to meditate or do some breathing exercises before this to calm our thoughts and make the intention as clear as possible.
Charging with symbols - if we use crystals for healing, we can further support them with symbols from different traditions.
