Crystal elixir
The term "crystal elixir" sounds very grand, but it refers to water that is infused with the vibration of crystals.
Spring water is rich in minerals and it is informed by all the rocks it flows through. It is the best water for drinking. Many people successfully use spring water for treating specific issues and illnesses.
Tap water or bottled water, on the other hand, is filtered and treated with chemicals, and it is no longer alive. However, we can enhance this water with crystals.
Each crystal has its own energetic imprint, and it transfers this imprint to the water when soaked or in close contact with it.
Water infused with the vibration of crystals becomes alive again and has numerous beneficial effects on our body and well-being. It promotes healing, strengthens the immune system, has a positive impact on our physical body and mental well-being, reduces the effects of stress, nervousness and headaches.
How to prepare a crystal elixir?
Place crystals directly in a glass container with water. In our online store, you can find practical portable water bottles with crystals.
The crystals used for the elixir should be physically and energetically clean(you can read more about this here).
For the elixir to be effective, let the crystals soak for at least 10 minutes, or better, overnight - there is no strict rule here, it's best to follow your intuition.
It is important to know which crystals are suitable for soaking in water (those found in our bottles are suitable).
Some crystals are not suitable for soaking in water, as they may release naturally occurring substances that are not beneficial to us (mostly aluminum and copper).
In cases where crystals are not suitable for soaking, the elixir can be prepared by placing the crystals next to the pitcher or on top of it, on a small plate. In our store you can find bottles where crystals are placed in a compartment below the water.
It is worth mentioning that it is not recommended to use crystals that have been previously used for healing when preparing an elixir and it is advisable to use crystals specifically purchased for making elixirs.
